About Python Things

Python Things is a curated gift guide for two overlapping communities: people who write Python code and people who love snakes.

We started this site because most “python gift” search results are either low-effort prints or products that miss the mark. We wanted a place that only features items we'd actually give to a friend — things that are clever, well-made, or genuinely useful.

How we pick products

Every product on this site is hand-selected. We look at design quality, seller reputation, reviews, and whether the item actually captures what makes Python (the language or the snake) interesting. We skip anything that feels generic or mass-produced without thought.

Who runs this

Python Things is a small, independent project. We're not backed by any brand or platform — just a small team that likes good design and bad puns about indentation.
